Since its creation in 2011, DEE Paris Transfer has provided clients with private transport solutions combining comfort, safety, and professionalism. The company relies on a network of experienced drivers and a support team to ensure impeccable service quality.
2. Products and Services
DEE Paris Transfer offers a range of private chauffeur-driven transport services for both local and international clients.
Nature of Services:
- Transfers to and from Paris airports and train stations
- Provision of vehicles with driver for a specified duration
- Long-distance transfers within France and abroad
- Specific services for professional events, weddings, conferences, or sightseeing tours

Pricing:
Prices are determined based on:
- Distance traveled (in kilometers)
- Duration of the trip and traffic conditions
- Location, date, and time of the service
- Specific services requested
Base Pricing Example: from €60, amount variable according to the above criteria. Prices include VAT. A personalized quote can be provided upon request.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Minimum Booking Time:
Reservations must be made at least 3 hours in advance. For urgent requests, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone.
Cancellation:
A full 100% refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time and the cancellation is due to a valid reason, such as a medical emergency, severe weather conditions, flight cancellation, or visa refusal. Valid supporting documentation or proof must be provided.
If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, or if the cancellation is for a reason other than those listed above, the customer will be eligible for a partial refund of 85% of the booking amount.
Refund Procedure:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 business days from validation, using the same payment method used for the booking.
4. Delays and Waiting Time
Once the flight has landed, the passenger will benefit from 30 minutes of free waiting time.
After the 30-minute free waiting period, a waiting fee of €0.87 per minute will apply.
For pickups from train stations, hotels, private addresses, or any location other than an airport, the passenger will benefit from 15 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
After the 15-minute free waiting period, a waiting fee of €0.87 per minute will apply.
5. Payment Terms
Payments can be made by:
- Credit Card: Major cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Payment can be made online at the time of booking or directly to the driver at the end of the service.
- Cash: Paid directly to the driver at the end of the service. You must pay a minimum deposit to ensure the booking both side.
Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after the service, unless otherwise agreed. An invoice can be provided upon request.
6. Insurance
DEE Paris Transfer has professional liability insurance in accordance with French law, covering passengers and third parties during the provision of its services.
7. Liability and Force Majeure
DEE Paris Transfer cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by external factors beyond its control, including:
- Traffic conditions
- Strikes, protests, or blockages
- Exceptional weather conditions
- Other unforeseeable events or force majeure
Clients agree to remain reachable for any last-minute adjustments.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or validity of these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
